I had a problem with my toy hauler suspension and called all over town to get it fixed. I was told by many shops that they couldn’t and/or didn’t want to work on it. One shop said they could but kept putting me off. So when I called First Class RV and spoke with Skip, I was surprised that he new what I was talking about. We agreed on a time for me to bring it in for the repairs. Jason was able to complete the work the same day and he and Skip identified the reason for a hydraulic problem that has been troubling me forever. I immediately scheduled a time with them to get the hydraulic problem fixed. I also picked their brains about other problems/issues I have or had and they were very helpful to tell me how to resolve/correct them. When it came time to pay the I bill I expected sticker shock. However, It was very reasonable and they even gave me discounts without asking. I can’t say enough about their professional friendly attitude, knowledge and capabilities they showed me.
